Refreshing to have such lovely helpful people working on the floor, I spoke to multiple staff today whilst buying trainers and they were all so polite and happy to help. The store also has a great selection of trainers! I walked out with 4 pairs and a smile! Will definitely be my go to for my next shopping spree

I bought a pair of Polo shoes from Schuh on May 29th. After just a few days of normal wear, they developed cracks where the sole meets the leather upper – a clear manufacturing fault.
