Few days ago I had LVL lashes and brow lamination for second time. However, this time I chose different staff, named Priya, and I felt so much better. She knew exactly what suits in my face, what I needed and the result was awesome! She was careful to the details! She is a PRO!!!! She is also very kind and more than happy to give you advice and discuss any questions that you might have. I will defo go back! ???????

I had a terrible experience at this salon. The manager is incredibly manipulative. After a facial cleaning procedure, I ended up with bruises all over my face. When I contacted her for a refund, she said she couldn't help because the procedure was already done and even offered a "second chance"?as if I would want to return after my skin looked terrible! And i looked like i was beaten up. She claimed she was being professional, but her actions spoke otherwise. She laughed at my situation and casually mentioned that bruises can happen. WHAT?? The whole experience was frustrating, and to top it off, she hung up on me without resolving anything. Absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS!!!

horrible experience, I thought I was coming to get cleaned up and I left with bruises like I was beaten by someone. it should be specified in the description that there is a risk of bruising. now my face is traumatized for who knows how long...I have bruises all over my face?and the blackheads on my nose are still very very visible ?I?m crying now?.they need to add more information about this procedure?.???at the end I asked for a face mask to cover my face when I?m going outside, and they told me they don?t have?In a beauty salon this is a must!!!! They need to cover they face when they?re doing a procedure.

I would highly recommend this salon, I booked a last minute wax appointment with Kamini after reading reviews and she did not disappoint. Super speedy service, made me feel very comfortable and the wax results are great. Went for the Lycon wax and will definitely be back again.
