This is unacceptable! There are at least 40 of us waiting in line and only two registers open. What’s the point of having so many checkout counters if you’re only going to keep two of them running? This is getting ridiculous! 28/08 at 7PM !!

Disrespectful and unobliging staff!
I went to Primark London Westfield Stratford! Was looking for an item. Staff carelessly replied and implied to find it out myself. They ostensibly showed they were busy , only chitchatting & walking the floors.
