I work a few doors down and get coffee here almost daily. The filter coffee is cheap and tastes good, also they don?t charge extra for oat milk.
The staff are really friendly too! Always serve me with a smile.
Also the chocolate chunk cookie is the best I?ve ever tasted.

First thing first, everything here is pretty overpriced. But service is very friendly and the environment is accommodating. As for the acai granola bowl it was very bitter and disgusting, did not taste like acai AT ALL! I'll admit the granola was very tasty but it didn't mask the taste of everything else. The blueberry balance bowl wasn't too bad though.

Everywhere is super dirty! It?s disgusting, how could you sit, relax, drink coffee and eat in such a dirty place?!? Tables, couches, FLOR are always dirty and we r payin £2 extra to eat in! I went to the staff and tell them that is very dirty everywhere, then they were saying ok, ok and smiling to each other. I really like their food and drinks, but can?t sit in anymore.. ?????

Visited Stratford pret in westfield very nice food poor service they tell you to sit down and they scream that your sandwich is ready for you to come to the counter why do that why don't you bring it to the customer please improve the service

I was served by a lovely man today (I didn?t catch his name). He gave me my coffee on the house which was so greatly appreciated as I was having a rough day. It was fairly quiet and peaceful inside considering how busy Westfield was. Overall, a great experience.

Decent sized Pret upstairs at the mall. Pretty much the same as many other Prets, but a special shout out to the lovely batistas here who are proactive and happy to help. There's a little more space up here than the Pret downstairs (near the ticket gates and station underpass) so if you hate crowds and don't mind a walk upstairs, this one's for you.

Really horrible experience at this brunch. I?ve paid for 2 coffee and as soon as I sit on my table I?ve been told to move at the entrance of the shop due to cleaning. I wouldn?t mind but it was no place to sit and I had to leave my coffee and go as I cannot drink and stand or walk with it. I notified the staff but they just look at me like I was asking for the impossible.
Lack of professionalism and care for customers.

I hate cafes who close their sitting spaces hours prior closing. I wouldn't have paid if I knew that I would be kicked out in five minutes

Order a cappuccino. It wasn't even warm enough. I aks for make it a bit warm (hot) the manger just add some warm milk in my cappuccino and my coffee gets more worse like having some warm milk really bad experiences
