PERSONAL HYGIENE - BAD!!
The location are regularly visited by us.
A waitress, with blond hair glasses who served us was great.
And Normally I would rate at 4-5 **** BUT today, was shocking. Personal Hygiene are very poor withing staff. A waitress with two long plats had a chat with waiter, picking her nose few times and without washing her hand started grabbing curtleries, glasses, and our items. Then I noticed a waitress wiping a mouth with her finger and also moved on serving staff. Iit was very unplessant to sit and observe this front the table.
Other feedback, food pizza had very little mozzarella, small 2 sprinkles.chemical table spray left next to the food that is against food safety.

The waiter Lewis was very friendly and we received a great service. Lewis was always smiling, helpful and very accommodating.

went for lunch stuff were very attentive and friendly. service was quick and food was on top level. Our server debora was very patience with kids.

? 1 Star - Worst Restaurant Experience Ever
This was hands down the worst experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant. When we arrived, we waited over 5 minutes and not a single staff member approached us?even though the manager was standing right next to the waiting area. He didn?t even acknowledge us, let alone greet us.
Eventually, a staff member came over, but she looked miserable and didn?t smile once. When we were finally seated, the food took far too long to arrive. While taking our order, one of the staff tapped me on the back a couple of times, which made me feel really uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional.
Things got even worse when we received the bill. There was a charge we didn?t understand, and when I asked for clarification, the same staff member became angry and aggressive. He even stepped into my personal space, and I had to ask him to back off. To make matters worse, the table next to us was also having issues with their bill.
I will never go back to this place and I strongly advise others to stay away as well. This was the most disappointing and uncomfortable dining experience I?ve ever had.

Jamie served us today, she was polite and accomadting, she even told us about the app to get a free side order. Every thing was done with a smile ?

The bruchetta was nicely done but was very buttery/oily. The pizza we tried was so oily that we had a hard time eating it. The goat's cheese on the pizza had a weird smell. The staff could be more friendly for sure as we felt a bit uncomfortable with their interactions.
