I have had the worst experience purchasing any piece of jewelry from them. Every single piece of jewelry I bought tarnished in days and badly blackened without use. It?s such a waste of money after seeing every single thing tarnish and blacken in hours and days without use I will no longer buy anything from Pandora. It?s a complete scam and waste of money. I assure you no matter what you buy from here it will tarnish and blacken beyond recognition within hours and days. The picture is just a picture of one item I bought from them. I had bought many others which tarnished and blackened beyond recognition within hours and days. If anyone knows any home made recipes to remove the horrible and terrible tarnish off the jewelry please let me know. In the future I won?t be buying anything from Pandora at all as this is just a complete scam and rip off and a way to throw your hard earned money in the bin. Please do let me know if anyone knows any home made recipes which I could easily do to remove the tarnish from sterling silver jewelry such as Pandora. Thank you.

i was served by Sully and they had incredible customer service. they helped me pick which items to choice and have me a wide variety of options based on the criteria i have them. they were very helpful snd welcoming.

I?ve been a loyal Pandora customer for years and always enjoyed their friendly service ? until my recent visit to the Westfield branch.
The staff member who served me (Elina or Eliana) was completely unwelcoming, cold, and disinterested. No smile, no suggestions, no effort ? just a miserable attitude that made me feel like I wasn?t wanted there. Even my husband noticed how rude she was.
I only bought the one item I came for ? purely to use a gift card ? and left feeling upset and disappointed. This is not the Pandora service I know.
I won?t be returning to this branch again. Management seriously needs to retrain the staff here

I visited the store and asked for help to buy my first bracelet and my experience gave me feeling to not but Pandora anymore. Younger staff was really mean and avoid me without even answering my questions, elder staff was really helpful even though she was finishing her shift. I request to younger staff don?t be mean and avoid customer on their face and stop gossiping about customer.

I went into the Pandora store at Stratford Westfield to buy a silver engravable ring as a gift, and had such a lovely experience. The store members were all very kind, but Abida helped me out and she was absolutely lovely ? really friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Which is somehow a rare thing nowadays!
Even whilst I was struggling to get my handwritten engraving just right (kept redoing about a hundred times!), Abida was so patient and encouraging the whole way through. The ring turned out beautifully and the whole experience felt really personal. Thank you and a big shoutout to Abida :D
