Unbelievable experience. I was with my boyfriend when he wanted to buy shirts. He was told he wasn?t allowed to try them on and the assistant who measured his size got it wrong so he ended up buying the wrong size. Two days later (today) when he returns to ask for an exchange to a bigger size they refuse and say it looks like it?s been used???? How insulting. Why would he try to exchange used shirts for a bigger size with a receipt???? I feel terrible because I convinced him to buy from here. Rude and extremely insulting service. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I OR ANYONE I KNOW STEP FOOT IN HERE.Is it because he is a person of colour or is there another reason for this disgusting treatment? Because I don?t understand why you would treat a customer this way.I?m shocked.

I went to buy something and the jumper I found which was on shop floor was abit bubbly so we wanted to check if there was a new one. We asked a guy at the tills and he said he has non which was fine because we were willing to go to lakeside to get it so we asked if they were able to check if it?s in stock on the system. The guy then got worked up because the shop was busy and asked someone else to step in and serve us the guy then told us in a rude sarcastic tone that he can?t check the system because the shop was too busy (it wasn?t busy at all the tills were empty and the customers that were there were just looking around). The first guy that served us then came back to the tills and really aggressively said ?I already told you to go check yourself? and that he cant check the system and that we should go do it ourselves, he was so passive aggressive for no reason and made us feel like we were not wanted in the shop and we were being really nice and reasonable with them from the start.I then just left the jumper and left because I felt really unwelcome. I also witnessed the guy throw a shirt on the counter towards a customer which I found so unprofessional and rude. As someone who works in retail myself I would never treat my customers like this and it says a lot about the brand itself.

Suits are great.Attitude in the shop is poor. They took 2 credit cards down for a holding deposit even after being repeatedly told that we had already put down the holding deposit they were argumentative and super unprofessional. Other branches of Moss Bros have a much better service and attitude to customers. This is full of childish people who do not wish to interact appropriately with customers and in front of customers which is a shame.

I do not understand the negative reviews stating staff were busy and unhelpful. If you?re entering a busy store, what do you expect? Butlers at your disposal to serve everything you need on a gold plate with diamond cutlery at any given moment? As soon as customers walk into a store, it is as though they lose all common sense and the brain capacity to think for themselves. Instead of waiting around like an incompetent baboon to ask utterly futile questions, which can - the majority of the time, be answered with little to no thinking skills, why not use your initiative? ?Excuse me sir, where are your shirts?? ? have you looked around the store? No, you didn?t. You walked in 3 seconds ago, having prepared a list of 10 other stupid questions to ask 5 minutes prior to entering. It?s not to say that staff can?t indeed be rude and dismissive, especially during busy hours, but in most cases, it is often the result of brain dead customers who are being difficult. This applies to all retail stores, not just Moss Bros. It?s universally accepted amongst retail staff that the vast majority of retail customers are incompetent swines.

I've been to a couple of other Moss Bros locations, where service has been helpful and informative. At this one however, I was made to feel like an inconvenience, just for asking if they were able to find a certain sized shirt to try on. I then asked if they had some grey slim fit trousers, to which the staff member just waved his hands in a direction and said "over there somewhere maybe". Not great.

Thought everyone there was quite rude and lazy apart from Nayema who was quick to acknowledge me and provided me with the best customer service I had recieved in a really long time. She went out her way and spent alot of time to find my size for a blazer, gave me alot of recommendations for something to wear for graduation/wedding occasion and feedback on the fitting of a suit I tried on. In the end didn't purchase anything as I found something better value elsewhere but she was really good at her job and definitely needs a pay rise!

Mario has exceptional customer service. If you want a well made suit, speak to Mario only. All other staff are unbothered, don't provide a service and provide poor, incorrect guidance on suit fittings. Mario is the only employee who knows how a suit should be fitted to each body type and which style works well.

The guy on the till today (22.7.23 at around 6.30pm) had the nastiest attitude and was terrible at his job. His manager asked him to serve me and you could tell that he couldn?t be bothered, instead of being warm and friendly, like I was to him, he came with his sass and tried to make me feel small. He thought he was smart giving me the biggest bag in the shop and was condescending when I ask what he needed to process my order. If you hate your job so much don?t do it and don?t take it out on the customers.. a hole!

Really frustrating customer service. The way the lean tall lady behaved with us is unacceptable. She was discriminative and rude while billing. Whatever we ask she reply back with an attitude and unintrested way. We don?t wana visit this particular branch any more just because of that rude lady..

I am a frequent customer at Moss Bros and never faced such a dismal shopping experience.I recently visited the Moss Bros in Westfield Stratford, only to be met with disappointing customer service. I intended to buy two shirts, but my experience with the retail assistants was far from satisfactory.To start with, I was ignored for a considerable amount of time while the staff served new customers, which was highly unprofessional. I was handed two shirts that were still packaged and was scolded by another assistant for opening them to try them on, which further added to my frustration. The staff's discourteous approach was unacceptable and contrary to the service I've come to expect from Moss Bros.To make matters worse, I felt judged by the retail assistants, who seemed to make assumptions about my buying power based on my attire. Whether I visit a store straight from work or in casual dress does not entitle anyone to treat me as a less valued customer. This behavior was not only offending but also discriminatory.This particular branch was by far the worst I?ve been to. I opted not to spend my money in such an unwelcoming environment and I strongly suggest potential customers to consider visiting other branches instead. Based on this encounter, I feel that the service at this branch severely undermines the reputation of Moss Bros.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was far from satisfactory due to the poor customer service I received.Upon entering the store, I expected a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, even though the store wasn't busy.When I finally got assistance, the salesperson appeared to lack knowledge about their products and wasn't able to answer my basic questions regarding different fabrics and styles. Moreover, they seemed uninterested in helping me find the right suit, rushing me through the process.I was hoping for some professional guidance, especially when it came to tailoring options, but the salesperson seemed uninterested in offering any advice or recommendations. This lack of personalized attention left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

Terrible service, bought 2 suits here, will not support this shop anymore. Make sure everything fits 100% first.Now waiting for more than 10 minutes to collect a jacket I brought back for tailoring, after receiving no notification. Called this morning to confirm it was ready, and I'm still waiting... So frustrating. They almost just gave me another customers suit. Unbelievable....And they then try to back chat, after requesting the receipt. And then walks away being unable to handle the heat.THE WORST SERVICE EVER!Fortunately the manager stepped up to keep the peace, I might go back thanks to her professional service and good manners.
