I hired a suit from Moss on 7th September but later needed to cancel. I hadn’t even collected the suit yet, and my event isn’t until this weekend with return on the 23rd September. When I asked about a refund (on the 13th September), I was told I couldn’t have one because I was within 14 days of the event.
