My love for childhood McDonald?s will never be the same as it is now. It?s full of international students and people that have 0% customer service knowledge 0% English speaking basically 0% positive 100% negative. Staff are rude arrogant they think they?re working in some 7* place and every customer coming is their employee I?m done. Btw that?s with every store nowadays

Exactly as you would expect. Busy shopping centre McDonald's. Long queues for ordering screens at busy times but all moves along quickly. Food was hot and served quickly
Dietary restrictions: All allergens can be found on the ordering screens for each item.

Travelled to McDonalds to get my kids the grimace milkshake....No....we've ran out of syrup...it launched yesterday and is only available for 1 week!!
Also the new system is TERRIBLE, staff all standing around doing nothing.... just waiting. as are the hoards of customers!!
Bring back smaller menus and serving 1 customer at a time!!

Long waits for food. Received cold and very rude staff.

Nothing bad to say, it's exactly what you expect from a McDonald's got a lovely breakfast and was served within 6 minutes very fast and good was delicious.

no milkshakes. no ice cream. I was upset. I love milkshakes. And the chips were very salty and burnt. my mcplant burger was okay, but everything else was a disappointment. I was appalled! Thank you

20 minutes wait is awful for fast food. The double McMuffin was still small as was the hash brown. It?s ridiculous waiting ages with massive Deliveroo pick ups in the middle of a mall.

Made a big mistake in ordering at this McDonalds. Waiting was what hell looked like. I waited for more than an hour. Never again.

We had two double quarter pounders, 9 chicken fingers with fries. Food was not very good, bland, fries were undercooked but the chicken finger. I wouldn?t go to another.

Honestly, the best mcdonalds I have been too, where the food is always hot. Seating options all depend on what time you go. The drinks are a hit and miss

Very poor quality fries and a smell came up with coke, I changed the drink but stil a bad smell from drink also foods doesn?t seems fresh to me. That?s the worst experience with Mc Donald?s.
