We recently booked a Buying for Baby appointment at the Stratford branch and were served by Ismail. We were extremely happy with the service he provided. He was very informative, patient, and helpful, taking the time to go through many products with us in detail.
His kind and professional approach made a huge difference to our experience, and we left feeling confident and well-supported in our choices. We were really pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to other expecting parents.

Hands down one of the worst experience I?ve ever had in a store. The staff were so uninterested in helping us or answer any of our questions. It made us feel guilty for asking questions. We went with the idea to buy an ICandy Peach 7 and spend over £1000 pounds but it seems like we will be spending our money elsewhere. Will not go in this shop ever again.

I cannot express how helpful Charlotte was today! I?ve had some trouble with the straps on my Joolz Aer 2 and I was a right mess. After watching several tiktoks and YouTube videos I knew something was wrong with the pram as the straps weren?t fully secured on my daughter?s shoulder. Charlotte took her time to figure out the problem and even got a pram from the store to show me. Whilst dealing with other customers she still put me first and didn?t leave me waiting. I wish I could hug her! She fixed the problem and was super kind about the whole thing! Thank you Charlotte!
PS I went to the store based in Purley and the lady didn?t absolutely nothing, she faffed about with the straps and said they?re meant to be like that.

I had a very bad experience
I went to get a pushchair which was sold out,
The supervisor in front of another customer in a high voice said because it?s a cheap pushchair it?s sold out. Great customer service!!

We booked the full works (90 minutes) appointment with IRYNA. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and concerns and took her time to explain all the different items. We are Extremely happy with her service. Thank you!

Maryam at Mamas & Papas Stratford, London was very helpful during our in-store visit appointment. Her knowledge about different types of prams, car seats, push chairs, as well as financing tips are very helpful for new parents like us.
Baby outfits at Mamas & Papas Stratford are also very cute and have good selection. We would highly recommend visiting the store for the new parents.

Me & my husband went in to look at pushchairs and car seats. We were clueless as to what we needed. Charlotte provided us with a wealth of knowledge. She was friendly & passionate about her job. Charlotte took her time to explain which products would be best for us. Giving us demonstrations on how to open and close pushchairs. We learnt a lot. Without Charlotte we would have been lost. There was no pressure to purchase the products in store. We will definitely go back to purchase the pushchair/car seat once we have made our final decision. Thanks for all your help Charlotte!

My husband and I are soon to be first time parents and we shopped in Mamas & Papas Stratford store a few weeks ago. What began as an overwhelming, intense experience was soon made into a lovely, pressure free time all thanks to Hind, one of the stores associates. Very poor customer service and weird in store policies.
We came to look at the prams and all of them were securely locked to the extent that it was impossible to move them for more than 10 cm. So when you come to check the prams that are stored on weird height shelves, positioned in weird angles, immobile and there is zero staff to help, the visit to the store becomes redundand.
Also, on two occations I had to leave the goods at the till because the cashiers refused to issue a paper receipt and demanded my email address (despite the receipt printer being available). Me not providing my email address somehow was not an issue to get a paper receipt on my last visit.
