Last week i went to five guys not knowing if it was halal or not. The girl with hijab and glasses on was on the front and took her time to explain me everything and I ended up ordering a grilled cheese with some topping and a mango milkshake. And both of them were really good. I really enjoyed them. I would be coming back just for the customer service i have got from there. Thank you

I usually don?t leave google reviews, but this was worth mentioning. Ordered a bacon burger for click & collect ? got home to find it missing both bacon and cheese. Went back and asked for a remake with the same toppings/sauce, but with added cheese and bacon. While the cashier was friendly, the kitchen manager looked annoyed and seemed unwilling to remake it. Then they forgot my fries, so I had to walk back again.
When I finally got home, the burger was even worse ? still no cheese, wrong sauce (added hot sauce and hp? which wasn't my order at all), and completely soggy. A total waste of time. I ended up throwing half of it away. Also, this branch doesn?t serve peanuts, unlike most Five Guys locations.

Cajon fries are simply the best. Was craving a burger and fries after running a 10k in the Olympic Park nearby. You guys delivered.

Fantastic burgers and fries with free refill sodas. Was difficult to find as the Google maps location was wrong. Have suggested an edit to put it in its correct place next to Zizzi.

Veggie option was disgusting, tasted like tinned mushrooms in a burger roll, I couldn?t eat it. The chips were nice though. Staff were polite. Five guys need to work on their veggie option!

I got the service from Siri and sid very helpful and supportive, too kind and made a wonderful sandwich for us. It's full of with stomach. Come again. Thank you so much ?????

Guys behind the counter were doing their best, but all the bloody delivery drivers just barge in, push their way to the front and immediately start demanding their orders be serviced immediately.
I get that delivery is a model here to stay, but maybe sort out somewhere else they can wait, so other customers waiting for a single burger and fries can get a look in!
Food was excellent as always, just a shame on the service. Again, 5 Guys staff were awesome, just the rudeness of the drivers.

My food was perfect, huge portion, and the quality was great. Sid was a huge help, and he's the main reason the food tasted so great, great vibes and personality.
