Customer service from Ileana in Claire?s Westfield Stratford City Unit 0019 Montfichet Road Olympic was really commendable. She was the only person managing sales and piercings simultaneously. I got my nose pierced and had my 2nd/3rd piercings done; she was so efficient and knowledgeable as to where the 2nd/3rd piercings would look good. Anyone who wants to get their piercings done, this is your place and person to go to. I highly recommend Ileana - makes sense why she?s the manager here too. She was super friendly and calm despite it being so busy. Thank you so much Ileana for today, I?m so happy with all my piercings and my purchases.

I went to get my ears pierced and terrible service. I called in the morning to ask for the prices, the woman said that they ranged from £30. I also checked online where I found some for £40, however when I went into the store, the worker told me they started at £53 for the most basic ball stud type earrings. When I showed her my phone, so she could see the prices were totally different online, she tried to come up with many false excuses. Ended up leaving before I got the piercing done and I?m glad. Terrible service, and so expensive for what it is, a gun piercing that isn?t even done professionally.

Had a great experience thanks to Sarah. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I was unsure about changing my earrings for the first time, and she not only gave advice but also took the time to help me with the process. She went above and beyond.

had my ear pierced a couple of months ago. in spite of following their instructions (in fact, keeping the stud in twice the time they had recommended), I experienced issues. tried to complain, but the only way is via e-mail, which they do not respond to or, in fact, not even open, as I can see in my e-mail.
Update: I also wrote to the e-mail suggested below (
[email protected]) and again, I got NO response, and I can see that, AGAIN, they didn't even open the email. Don't trust these people. They're clearly cheap for a reason.

Absolutely amazing customer services received from the manager and members of staff, very polite, friendly, and helpful.
I had my ears pierced and the lady was extremely patient, fast and well-rehearsed. The staff deserve recognition and praise!
I stopped shopping at Claire?s a while ago due to high prices but I hope to be a regular from now on :)

Today after having my appointment cancelled without letting me know at another retailer at Westfield, I popped into Claire?s to see if I could still have them done today. I?m moments I was in the chair, having my consultation with Nas(z) who was absolutely the gold standard of customer service. She was helpful? knowledgable and let my nerves be part of the process. I had 3 done and in very quick succession & she was very clear on aftercare etc. After these are heeled I have the confidence to go back in for more. She?s an absolute asset to this Claire?s branch.

I had my ear piercing appointment today and it was a truly amazing experience. Mihaela was able to answer all my questions, was extremely patient with me and was there for me throughout the session. I was quite anxious in the beginning but in the end, I have gotten more ear piercings than initially planned as I have felt minimal discomfort, the process itself took a few seconds and really loved how they looked. I am truly recommending this store if you plan to get any piercings and of course, Mihaela who was exceptional. ??

Had my daughters ears pierced, store was very busy but I got fitted in without an appointment so that was nice, the store manager a tall lady did the piercing. I got diamonds for my baby she told me the benefits and made me feel at ease about getting it done. She was very professional throughout the whole service. I think I?ll come see her again when I come with my niece for her piercing

Came into this store august 27th and had a terrible experience with the so called manager . More like a useless trainee who was clueless in customer service. My mother had an issue with her ear piercing and when I tried to discuss this with the manager she had a horrible ,couldn?t care less attitude . Will be taking it up with head office and try to get an answer into why they?d put this idiot in charge . The only one bright part of the experience is the rest of the staff were actually very helpful

got my daughters ear pierced and a few days later the stone fell out. When I called and spoke to the manager she was extremely rude , said she can?t help us and then hung up on me. Absolutely horrified by the disgusting customer service, Claire?s need to rethink who they appoint as managers. Will deter all friends and family from using their services going forward.
