Went to cafe Nero and was appalled.The stinginess of their drink to ice ratio is beyond explainable.The hot chocolate was watery and not hot,the staff refused to remake my drink although my dissatisfaction was apparent and avoidable. Won?t be returning and warn against those who do.

Paid £5.35 for a vanilla iced matcha at Caffè Nero and was really disappointed. The cup was 90% ice and the drink finished in just two sips. I told the manager, but I was dismissed in an awful manner. Won?t be coming back again.

Worst ever oat vanilla flat white .

When I ordered my coffee the barista dropped the portafilter on the floor and put it straight back into the machine to make the drink. Disgusting, I cancelled the order and left. Also there are flies around the cafe on the tables, the place generally just feels a bit dirty.

Click and collect is actually not at the till. It's on the top of food counter, unattended, so you can as well come in and grab whatever is there. I told the stuff that I'm here for click and collect, they said it's not ready yet, then they told me the order which wasn't mine. Mine was on top of that counter. Somehow I'm supposed to know that even if it's my first time (and will be last) in this branch and even if there was a long queue standing in front of it so you couldn't really see it when coming in. And because I had to wait for order that wasn't even mine, it would be quicker to just order at the till rather than click and collect.

Stopped by Caffè Nero at Westfield for a coffee break, and it was just what we needed. It?s a lovely spot to relax with a warm drink while shopping at the mall. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in their nice outdoor seating area?perfect for people-watching and chatting with a partner over coffee.
The coffee was rich and comforting, and the atmosphere was calm despite being in a busy shopping center. A great place to take a breather during a shopping trip.
Would definitely return for another cozy coffee moment!
