Very disappointing experience at Stratford Westfield Apple Store. Waited hours for an appointment, only to be told they couldn?t repair my iPhone because it had been fixed abroad. Worse, the back glass was badly cracked while in their care. Manager said They were not responsible for the damage as I signed the agreement. but no solution offered. Won?t return.

Went there on a weekday at 11am and noticed too many staff having chit chats and ignoring customers. Even the 2 security guards at the door were chatting away.
I waited a good 10 mins before a nice young guy actually came to us asking if we need help and apologised when I complained about staff. Bless him.
The rest of the staff should be ashamed of themselves for ignoring customers when there were more staff than customers in the store.
Update
Returned to the store after 11 months to buy a gift but nothing has changed. 7 store staff was standing around chit chatting at the front without approaching customers. I had to go over and pull one staff out to get service.

Had a terrible experience at the Apple Store in Stratford Westfield yesterday. We had a Genius Bar appointment for my 2-year-old iPad Pro, which had suddenly stopped charging. Despite arriving on time, we were left waiting for 15 minutes, only to be told the appointment had been cancelled for some reason. Eventually, a staff member (who didn?t even introduce himself) came over. He tested 2 different chargers, ran a diagnostic(1minute), and then told us the charging port couldn?t be repaired?the only solution was to pay £700 for a replacement. He didn?t bother using a microscope to check the port, even though another colleague suggested it.
Fast forward to today at the Regent Street Apple Store: another staff member examined the iPad, spotted a little condensation inside the port, and fixed it in just two minutes?free of charge.

Went into the store today to buy a phone case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Was looked up and down by the lady serving near the cases and told snottily that ?we haven?t sold those for 2 years?. Sorry to be a really loyal customer who uses an old phone when they are out and about in London!

The trying to tell me that till tok actually kills the cells in my 15 pro max which is why it?s at 88% after only 354 charge cycle. Even if this absurdity was the truth then it just means you are making a poor quality product

I had faced racism from the Apple Store in Stratford for being an Asian with dark skin I thought only me but a another guy too so the manager named Ricky was coming close to me and using my personal space in aggressively when I asked to check my iPad the girl there said that may be manager can sort it suddenly he came and be rude and aggressive to wards me and there was some people judged him he was wrong but still he was doing same racist view towards me and the other guy I think apple is only for non Asians when I faced this ? I had owned more than 5 apple devices but I feel very sad with this one incident I just wish to know anyone else faced same like me and the other guy !? Please mention here

Popped into the Apple Store in Stratford a couple of times ? staff were helpful and knew their stuff. Place gets busy, but service has been smooth and efficient each time. Good spot if you need advice or a quick fix.

Poor service team, I would look elsewhere to get a device fixed. Just got my MacBook back after warranty, the bluetooth no longer worked, opened the case to take a look, the antenna wasn't plugged in, no biggie. Then, having a look over the rest of the internals I noticed cross threaded screws and just general sloppiness. Really not too pleased with the standard of work carried out.

I'd like to thank one of the ladies in the shop today for educating me about the extent gift card scammers are able to go, and making me realise even close work connection identities can be stolen from one minute to another.
