Everyone is so so lovely in Sharman?s. It?s super clean and quick to be seen to. If you ever get a vaccine, request Jane Patel - she?s so sweet and caring which makes the whole process easier (especially if you aren?t a fan of needles!)

I feel extremely fortunate to have Sharmans as my local pharmacy. They are brilliant, professional, caring, friendly & welcoming. The staff are amazing, always so helpful and the store well stocked, spotlessly clean and easy to browse. If there is ever anything they don?t have in stock they order it in straight away. The pharmacist goes above and beyond in her care and her advice saved the sight in my eye for which I will always be grateful. All in all David, Jaz and the team are the best!!

I've used this pharmacy for a couple of years now, they are my local. Fine for repeat prescriptions. I used their podiatry and osteopath who were not that great to be honest it felt like a waste of money. But I figured, they are friendly and polite so I will just forgive the £300 or so that I spent with them, that didn't come close to fixing my issues. I then go to them in the summer around June/July about this rash on my neck, they provide me over the counter steroid cream, which makes it worse. When I see the GP, I am told it was wrong for pharmacist to suggest use of hydrocortisol on neck because on the neck area it makes the skin thinner, which exacerbated my skin issue. As a good will gesture I didn't complain formally, or write a review because they have a community pharmacy atmosphere. Instead I went and spoke to them in person so they can learn from their mistake. They apologised. Unfortunately I am gobsmacked by what happened yesterday and today, regarding the same skin issue.. I arrived with a prescription for ketoconazale 2% shampoo 120ml. The man I spoke to said they didn't have in stock. Fine. He said the suppliers didn't have stock either so couldn't be ordered. Fine, fair enough. He said but if your GP prescribes the same item but in the Nizoral brand which is more expensive and comes in 60ml and 100ml, we can give it to you. GP did this, wrote Nizoral ketoconazale 2% in prescription but left 120ml. I call and he says it's ok I will give you the Nizoral 100ml. We agree I will call GP for more because 100ml insn't enough AND will come and collect the 100ml to start with. I turn up and he says GP asked for prescription back they are sending new one for Nizoral 2x 100ml but hasn't arrived yet. Wasn't the friendliest guy, said 'hasn't arrived sorry, and abrublty walked away'. Annoyed I was turned away again, and by his rudeness. But again, fine, fair enough, they were busy, we all have bad days. I called the GP, they said prescription will definitely be with Sharmans by next day. I call today, they have exactly the prescription they told me to tell the GP to write, they have the items in stock but refuse to give it to me because it is an expensive brand and now their supplier can deliver the cheaper one on Monday afternoon so they can't justify giving me the expensive one. I explained that I have had this skin issue since June which is making me sick, that 3 GPs have misdiagnosed it (and by the way was exacerbated by incorrect advise given by a Sharman's pharmacist) and finally a dematologist has diagnosed it correctly, the pharmacy have the exact item the GP has prescribed in stock, the exact brand the GP has prescribed but won't give it to me. They try to offer some systemic explanation about dispensing a more expensive brand over a cheaper brand (despite the contents and ingredients of both brands being exactly the same) but seems to me all, all it comes down to is their bottom line. They explain the guy that spoke to me yesterday miscommunicated with me yesterday (I wonder if he will be held to account in anyway?). This has literally left me in tears. Have been sick with this thing since June and the pharmacist cares more about making a saving for themselves over giving me the exact item and brand and quantity the GP has prescribed me. They could have given me what I needed yesterday, it's a 5 day skin application so by Monday afternoon it would have begun to improve. What has our health system come to, when did common sense stop prevailing and when did it become ok to boost pharmacy profit at the expense of their patients health?

Fantastic pharmacy. I needed to get antibiotics for my daughter who was attacked by a cat and they were the only opened pharmacy I could find. I emailed them the prescription before we got there and they had the medication ready on our arrival. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Outstanding and professional are the only words to describe the service my mother received today from David Ezeigbo. He was clear and concise in explaining the problems and solutions. He was kind and attentive towards his patient and provided treatment on the day.

I changed to Sharmans Stanmore when LLoyds closed down, which was a mistake , my wife has Rennes on prescription the flavour the doctor prescribed was out of stock that was 4 weeks ago, went in today to collect my prescription and to collect my wife's Rennes. The girl serving me said they are not in come tomorrow , I said I can't will you deliver them tomorrow which she replied not till next Tuesday . I the said give me a different flavour she said she couldn't as the Pharmacist was not there to authorise the change of flavour , How absolutely ridiculous, I know I could buy some in the meantime but that's not the point .Since then the owner phoned me and apologised and assured me that something like this won't happen again, I accepted his apology and the tablets were delivered to my home this afternoon.

My wife was very pleased with the level of service that she received from Mandi concerning the fitting, removal and interpretation of a 24 hour blood pressure monitor. An excellent service.

Worst place I have ever step foot in!! Staff are incredibly rude. I was served by Karis who was all over the place helping other people whilst she was in the middle of sorting things out for me. She then went in to the back and I could see her shouting at another member or staff. I got what I came in for but was shocked at what I saw. Management need to sort out who they let work for them, as long as she works there they?ve lost a customer!
