Worst experience ever!!! Pharmacy Seekers let me down. I did not get my deposit back even though it was clearly mentioned in the head of terms, ? Purchaser's Deposit: Pharmacy Seekers (acting as stakeholder) will hold a deposit of £15.000 from the Purchaser in their client account a s a commitment to the above purchaseThe deposit will be returned to the Purchaser (without interest) if,?The Purchaser discovers facts, matters, information or circumstances in respect of the business that presents material concern for the Purchaser (acting reasonably and in good faith).?I discovered a yearly 15k of service charges which they clearly not disclosed after I signed the HOT!!!Pharmacy seekers , has not returned my money and transferred it to the seller, Borno chemist!!! Even though I have been offered to receive half of my money, I have not accepted the offer and I?m taking pharmacy seekers and Mr Borno to court
