Unfriendly staff and very dismissive..I used the cash machine outside the branch. All was well until the machine suddenly went out of service. My Santander card got stuck inside the machine. I went inside and informed the cashier who was very dismissive and not polite at all. The second cashier then made multiple comments - "machine has been fine all morning" "Your card must have jammed the machine" "No one has complained." She was very patronising and would not allow me to explain. I found the whole experience very unpleasant and can not imagine how such staff are employed within this bank. It amazes me how such a bank can still be open in such a warm and friendly location such as Northwood. I do not have an account at Nationwide but after this experience I can not imagine how they would treat their account holders. Unacceptable customet service and very rude.

What a delight! Nina the branch manager was so helpful and really made me feel at ease in dealing with a complex financial issue. She provided fantastic help and service and I would thoroughly recommend this branch in every way.
