I was appalled by the rudeness and ungratefulness from 1 member of staff. My mother had asked me to drop some clothing to the charity shop for donations and I saw donations left by the door , due to limited car parking and heavy bags i had to quickly get the bags out the car and drop by the shop. All of a sudden a member of staff (blonde hair with glasses) starts shouting at me as i haven?t identified which ones are my donations. I go inside to apologise as i didn?t know I had to do that and she continues to be so arrogant, i have never come across someone so unappreciative. I felt like taking the bags back and taking it to another Cancer Research branch who would actually value my donations. I was very disappointed in my visit and found it quite unsettling , it?s sad to see that people can be so rude out of a nice deed.
