Fantastic store,5/5 for the store itself,it?s massive,very clean and also what a lot of stock there is in this store.They have drinks that I?ve never even heard about that intrigued me so I brought them ,I never knew you could have a fruit punch in a carton.Also the guy at the tills was polite.Only two things is that they could put sinage up as the sinage for some reason was removed (or at least temporarily sinage or something to know it?s still here)because if they do have sinage up that can get many more customers in and it will cause less confusion and problems.Also the opening times on the outside are wrong too it says 6am-12pm (however it opens till midnight according to google maps)so please change opening hours on the sign if Google?s right or correct them on google maps.

Horrible horrible service. I have been going there many times since last year and I used to love going there. They were cheap and had a large range of options. Then they increased the prices. That is still fine. But then they hired that one cashier who is alway very rude to everyone. I understand that they need to increase security but I am repeatedly either told to hurry up "there is a one minute rule in the shop now" or I am accused of theft. I am being watched the whole time how could I have even stolen. But I don't mind watching me or even gently telling me to make up my mind he just does it in such a rude way treating everyone like a criminal. Never going there again, I don't need to be treated like that. Also stop reducing stock all the time. Learn from the other shops around you and fix this rubbish

Cashier today was very rude. Tired of being accused of theft and being stared at the whole time. Learn something from the off licence shop, they gently nudge me and they dont watch me like a hawk all the time. Don't go there if you are a teenager you will probably be yelled at for being a "theif"

Disgusting behaviour from a member of staff, shouting at my grandson for walking around the shop deciding what drink to buy, he was actually on facetime with me so I know he wasn't doing anything wrong. This person was accusing my grandson of trying to buy alcohol??? He's 11.......who would serve him? Unless he was intimating that he was attempting to steal something. Tell your children not to frequent this establishment

If I could give 0 I would do it the lady behind a counter shouldn't face any customer extremely rude ,I was doing the queue to send a parcel, waited till my turn came , getting socked when this lady asked me to wait a side till all the customer pass because they are more important than me!!!! Second time when I've collected my parcel she wanted to hand my bank card and take it with to look for my parcel, despite showing her my full name and she was still refusing to hand me parcel ,she found my parcel and told me again the code doesn't want to enter into the system, spending half an hour there to get my parcel when I spent 2 minutes in Nisa shop to get my other parcel ,this lady is awful , please avoid this shop!

Budgens Northwood hill lady behind the till always rude, guessing the prices she never asks or checks the product and finally, she doesn't want to give The refund, this is illegal! what is she doing!? if she doesn't like their job why is she still working there, she needs training how to be kind and polite for costumer! This is not the first time!

Really like the selection of goods here but I cannot for the life of me understand why the staff are so rude. Today's server wouldn't even get off the phone to greet me. All I got was hand gestures and then a card machine thrust at me.

They refuse to accept large (40x60x20cm) Collect+ parcels, even though they are not supposed to discriminate. Extremely poor customer experience. Will not use Collect+ or this store again.

Honestly one of the worst shops i've been to, they don't accept "large" (standard sized) collect plus parcels (even though they are supposed to accept all parcels.On top of this the woman behind the counter is extremely rude and should learn to cover her mouth when she coughs. Avoid this place!
