Very friendly staff, great selection but they had no German or Danish salami, had to get that elsewhere. Also they helped me find my phone at home as I had lost it and asked manager to ring in 10 minutes when I got home. Impressive service.

This place is just so unprofessional. It is either the management or the whole crew. Waiting for the till? nobody is there. Finally when got someone, the person is talking on their headset in another language while serving the customer. What an unprofessional service. I thought it was only once by mistake, but every time. I feel like they are talking about me. That?s the first lesson in any customer focused business to make the customer feel comfortable. I get anxious just by thinking about I have to go for shopping to this store

Busy, well stocked but coffee is a pricey!!
Been here a few times, well stocked and pretty reasonable in price I noticed the coffee at the vending machine is £3.45 which is expensive for a vending machine. The coffee was only a regular mocka!!
Other machines are between 99p (Asda petrol station) although not as good, but worth the price and £3.00 at other machines in other petrol station? if you get the shell app you often get a discount at their venues which is really worth it.
Overall it is what it is? a Sainsbury! Clearly they have issues with theft, security on the door at all times!!
Pop in say hello, get what you need and avoid the coffee machine!
Careful when exiting the car park it?s left hand turn only I saw a camera point over this junction so most likely fines will be coming in the post if you turn right!

Last time I'll shop in there, member of staff barged me out the way to load an already loaded shelf, if that's how they treat customers I dread to think how they treat the food we are going to buy. No manners, will shop elsewhere in future

I dont write a review, but i feel compelled, too. Absolutely rude lady with red hair! I got a coffee from the Costa machine and went to the till to pay as I had a meal deal. the guy told me I needed a recipe, so I went to get it from the machine to be shouted at " no you stay" like I was some dog! I did not say anything as I was in shock, then when she gave me the cashier my recipe, she walked away with her back turned to me, shouting next time u get your recipe at the top. I apologised and said I didn't notice it, but she kept on shouting while walking off in such a foul mood, leaving me feeling awful. If you don't like people you should quit your job. I won't be shopping here again.

Since I moved to the area, I've noticed really odd behaviour in this Sainsbury's.Unnecessarily suspicious security guard, rude staff.I heard them few times talking behind customers back. Disgusting!

Wouldn't shop here again. Firstly car park and access is bad. Nothing on the shelves and over priced. You have Co-Op just up the road and an Asda in the other direction both with stock at lower prices. My family is now barred from using this particular store.

I was in shock. One of the staff was cleaning with that polisher or whatever. It left lots of water patches on the floor. I had a slip accident in a different store because of the same careless people which I'm suing at the moment. I had knee dislocation because of that. It is a law, you have put the yellow wet floor warning, even if it is just raining outside. It is the store's responsibility to provide safe environment for the customers and their staff. Which this store is failing to provide
