saw the Pure gym trainer and one girl went inside the Female place,i guess male are no allowed to enter female changing room,and he came out 7:26?no bro go pay for the hotel or go to park better than doing that front of the member gym while you are the gym trainer?

A gym that clearly does not care about women?s safety. After a recent incident where a man physically assaulted a woman inside the gym, absolutely no action was taken against him. Knowing that an abuser is free to walk around the premises makes me feel unsafe every time I go.
When this was raised to management, it was brushed off with the excuse that ?these types of incidents happen all the time.? No support, no accountability, nothing.
It?s 2025 and men are still getting away with physical assault while gyms like PureGym enable it through inaction. Absolutely disgusting, and I?ll be warning everyone I know about how little this company values women?s safety.

Serious Security Concerns and Lack of Transparency from Management
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security and accountability at PureGym Northolt. Recently, the front tyre of my bicycle was stolen while it was locked outside the gym during my workout. Upon discovering the theft, I called PureGym?s emergency phone line at the time of the incident. The person I spoke with was completely unhelpful, unable to provide even the most basic information ? including contact details for the Northolt branch management ? despite advising me to ?get in touch with them directly.? The entire process was disorganized and ineffective, offering no real support. I then contacted the manager, Tobias Eastwood, to request access to any available CCTV footage that might assist in identifying the culprit.
To my surprise, Mr. Eastwood informed me that there are no cameras on site. This statement is not only misleading but blatantly inaccurate. There is a clearly visible ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) camera monitoring the car park ? used to track vehicles and issue fines to unregistered users. The presence of this camera proves that surveillance systems do exist on the premises, but seemingly only to serve the gym?s financial interests rather than the safety and security of its members.
Additionally, Mr. Eastwood claimed that this was the first time such an incident had occurred. However, when I spoke with the site?s caretaker, I was told that a similar theft had taken place just the previous week, and that bicycle thefts are unfortunately a recurring issue at this location. This contradiction raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of the management.
It is unacceptable for a national gym chain to provide no secure bicycle storage, no functional CCTV coverage for member safety, and no meaningful assistance when incidents like this occur. The management?s unwillingness to acknowledge the issue or take responsibility only worsens the situation.
If you cycle to this gym, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. There is a clear pattern of negligence when it comes to member security, and management appears more interested in deflecting responsibility than addressing a known problem.
PureGym Northolt must take immediate steps to improve on-site security and provide honest, transparent communication with its members. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone who values the safety of their personal property.

Went to this gym yesterday. My home gym is in enfield southbury road. This gym felt like buckingham palace compared to the gym in enfield southbury road. I went in, done my workout without 1073683 kids in there had aircon too didnt waste no time with my workout due to it being quiet even though it was 5pm

I've been a member of this gym for the past seven years, and it's extremely disappointing to see the rapid decline in its standards particularly the state of the toilets and showers. The facilities are absolutely filthy, often completely unusable, and present a serious health risk. It's clear they are not being cleaned or maintained properly, and the current condition is unacceptable.
This is not only a matter of poor service it's a health and safety concern that must be reported to the appropriate authorities. As a long-term customer, I find it disheartening that management has allowed things to deteriorate to this level. I hope this review prompts immediate corrective action.
