STAY AWAY!!!! I?ve ordered a pizza and a side it arrived after 2hr and stone cold. I tried contacting the shop to see what was happening- no one answered. Horrible service and food!

Order arrived quickly, but only lukewarm. Awful pizza and completely undercooked chicken wings - not safe to eat. Stay away to avoid food poisoning!

I recently visited Papa John?s for a takeaway order, and while I was acknowledged by the staff, I had to wait quite a while without anyone approaching me. It would have been great if they had communicated better, as I had to call out for assistance myself. The customer service could definitely be improved, but the pizza was fresh and amazing. Overall, it was an okay experience, though I hope they work on being more attentive to customers in the future.

Don?t waste your time. Placed an order via ubereats, after an hour tried to call to find out where it was but after calling 19 times no answer. 3 hours later the pizza arrived (gone 10pm), at which point I sent it back. Worse than 1 star

Ordered online, messed up the order, was stone cold, called them manager said they?ll offer a free pizza but not right now whenever you call you later we will deliver your same order next time for free.
Called them few days later for the pizza, then asked for my promised pizza said I have to spend money first then they?ll give the free pizza. The guy was speaking in Hindi with no on site managers and kept saying I have to spend money first. We said that?s not what we were promised as they messed up our order, then cut the phone on us.
They don?t care about customers at all, or their business just wants to keep scamming people without even delivering a proper pizza that is asked for.

Pizza arrived cold and hot wings arrived without sauce. Called to let them know, they said they?d send a replacement, never came, called again, said they?d send a replacement. That took 25 minutes and still arrived without sauce. Either new ownership or new staff, something has gone awfully wrong here!!

Delivery arrived after an hour and a half, and it wasn't warm so had to heat it up. They had problems with Uber drivers cancelling, and ended up sending a guy on a bicycle. Management were not apologetic and no compensation given. Don't order from here if you are hungry.

Avoid at all costs. Pizza took 1 hour to arrive and they forgot to bring the drinks, 30% of the pizza had no sauce and no toppings and it was insanely chewy. We called and spoke to the manager to complain and he said write a review, when we told him that had we read the reviews we wouldn't have ordered and his reply was it's your fault for not reading it then

Absolutely awful! Food was terrible, the call taker was rude, extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, blamed the issue on JUST EAT when it?s the restaurant that cooks the food. Basic instructions cannot be followed. My advice would be not to waste your money!
