This is second time we order food and waiting for half hour during two weeks.
And a lady assistant manager was very rude she said it?s not her fault cos machine had problem,I told her why no one informed customer .
But she seem like doesn?t care about it.
Very bad customer service.never return again.

Asked for an extra ketchup, and was met with utter rudeness.. 6 Mc Nuggets, and 1 ketchup is meant to be sufficient? Won?t return.

Ordered through the Mcdonalds app for delivery and once it delivered. It is missing a double sausage Mcmuffin and when i called them to discuss about the order and missing item. They couldn?t find it in their system eventhough i got the email confirmation for the order number and the person told me to call back within 10 - 15 minutes and when i called back. It is ringing but no answer. This is ridiculous in fact that they don?t check the order and put the items properly.

I advised drivers don?t go very narrow parking and difficult. I been there with friends & due to personal problem staying little longer but got tickets for saying over staying 19min , very congested difficult getting parking & manoeuvres. If some reason over staying then will get tickets. They don?t listen or Restaurant don?t supportive for that .foods is just okay

Initially stopped at Hayes but too busy so had to go to South Harrow. Priority always seem to be given to drive through, not so much fast food, just a little quicker.

Always have an issue with order. They never check their ticket and miss an items in delivery. Not once or twice, it has been for numbers of times. Which seems intentional. worst McDonald I have to say.
