The toilet has literal feces over the toilet, walls and sink! The worst I've seen. Absolutely atrocious

This is second time we order food and waiting for half hour during two weeks. And a lady assistant manager was very rude she said it’s not her fault cos machine had problem,I told her why no one informed customer . But she seem like doesn’t care about it. Very bad customer service.never return again.

They put dirty spoon in my ice cream. Also their food is always cold.
