I purchased my dress from Sylvia almost a year ago. She was the third company that I tried and I was already sick of trying on dresses and getting quite frustrated with the whole process. However, she instantly put me at ease and made me feel welcome. With her, we found the dress, and veil, for much cheaper than I could have got it from anywhere else, and it ticked a lot of boxes for me. I needed to get it adjusted, and the transformation is in the photos.
Thank you for everything, Sylvia, I don't know what I would have been wearing without you!

Sylvia was amazing to deal with, honest, up front and diligent in both the sale of our dress, and the follow up. We were paid the very day the dress was sold. I would recommend her services to anyone...If i cold rate higher than 5 Stars I would.

Sylvia?s home shop is a little gem which felt cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was spotless and the dresses were all hanging up in individual bags and were pristine - they were clearly very well looked after.
I was surprised at the vast array of beautiful dresses (all at a brilliant price) available in my size which were a pleasure to try on and although in the end I didn?t say ?yes to the dress? there was one that was definitely a contender and in my top 3. The bride that gets to wear it will be a very lucky girl! ? Most of the dresses are actually ex sample rather than second hand so you can get your hands on a lovely new dress for a great price!
I can?t thank Sylvia enough for all her time and patience - she really put me at ease and was so knowledgable and lovely to chat to. She was also so communicative in making the initial appointment and she was able to fit me in quickly.
I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Sylvia and wish the business every success for the future! ??

Sylvia sold my unworn wedding dress for me. I was nervous about trying to sell my dress privately through a website and I am so glad I stumbled across Sylvia. From the start she was extremely professional and quick to respond to any queries I had. Her salon is simply beautiful, it was very clear to me on meeting Sylvia how passionate she is about what she does and how she takes such good care of the dresses. She made the process incredibly easy and reassuring. I would recommend her to anyone for buying as well as selling. I only wish I knew about her when I was looking for my wedding dress!

I bought my wedding dress from Sylvia in February of 2023 and it was a brilliant experience. She was incredibly helpful picking out dresses that totally suited both my dreams and my body type. She made me feel comfortable with the whole experience and was very easy to chat to. She had a wide range of dresses that I could try on and she didn't mind at all when I kept switching and trying on the same two dresses trying to decide. Overall it was a wonderful experience and Sylvia really helped make my dress dreams come through at such an affordable price. Would 10 out 10 recommend her ?

Like other reviews, I had such a wonderful experience choosing my wedding dress with Sylvia; she is so warm and kind and I think we both knew from the first dress I tried on that it was the one. I had a quick browse in a shop beforehand but Sylvia has much higher quality dresses (and they are designer) for this price range. Still can't believe I found a dress within 1.5 hours of looking and it was the first one I tried on. Thank you Sylvia!

This was my first wedding dress shopping experience, and my little girl dreams came true. I felt like a princess with Sylvia, she took time and great care in showing me different styles, taking pictures for me and even getting my mum on a video call who couldn?t be with me that day! Sylvia?s little boutique is STUNNING, clean and professional.
