Hi, guys! I pop in to this shop today. But the counter named Caren was totally ruined my day by his rude, not helping and with bad manners. Moreover he was trying to convince that I am thieve! Are his a joke? I were paid for my products the only what i was needed from him is to help to remove the security sigh from a bottle of wine. If it was not the security guy who was helped me the things being sorted out. That was really bad, too bad after being permanent customer for a while and I dont wan t coming back there again thanks for Caren or may be it was not his real name but that counter was working on that shop around 7 p.m. today.

Will never trust these idiots to pack the online orders properly. Always missing something and refuses refunds when ordered online. Please train your workers properly, maybe hire people who can read the orders!

They didn?t wanted to receive an Evri parcel because is too big, but the parcel was in dimension and weight of evri specifications for the label I have bought. Just a wasting of time ?

Disgusting prices! and on top of that never has stock of basic things, Unless you're willing to pay triple the price compared to anywhere else . The price of tin foil is a joke on its own at nearly £4, olive oil co-op own brand is nearly £6 when an actual nice branded one next to it is £4 ? who ever makes these prices should be locked up. Not to mention the gone off mouldy vegetables,mushrooms that look like they belong in the bin. better of going Sainsburys down the road and that's saying something. This shop sole purpose is to rip of the locals that have no other alternatives. Better off driving to aldi I'd say! unless you want to end up begging outside the shop to survive aswell

the service is terrible, today I went to the store and paid in cash the clerk had no change, the bill was 44.78 pounds I gave 60 and he gave me change for 10 pounds. In addition to the bad service, they steal from people, I asked for the receipt and the clerk went to another cashier to serve another person who was there with my baby daughter in her arms.pay close attention to money.

Poor checkout I can see why they have so many shoplifting problem'sStaff are helpful when you can find some very slow check out self service always need staff to assist produce good just paying for it is the problem.

A small store. You feel very enclosed inside. Had a lot of products and it?s good quality. Prices are higher but quality is also better on fresh items and packaged.Staff are attentive and don?t go into the tills to help bring the queue down.Good bargain on the meal deal.
