My partner and I haven't been to Wagamamas in several years and recently decided to go with friends but weren't sure what to expect. We were both pleasantly surprised by the updates in the time since we've been and greatly enjoyed the experience. The cocktails were great with some unique flavours, and the food came quickly and was delicious. The grilled chicken ramen had a light and tasty broth and turned out to be a great choice as I was looking for something on the lighter side. Will definitely come back again soon!

Wonderful restaurant with chilled atmosphere to it. Wagamama's is our usual go to when we're out and have a few picky eaters in tow, and this visit didn't disappoint one bit.
From start to finish it was spot on, the staff were lovely and the manager went out of their way to help when we mentioned we had someone with a nut allergy.
The food came out nice and quick, piping hot and full of flavour. Between us we had a Chicken Katsu Curry, Yaki Soba and Firecracker Chicken, plus a side of Bang Bang Cauliflower, all absolutely delicious.
We were also recommended some cocktails, which we do not usually bother with as a good cup of tea normally does the job, but I am glad we tried them because they were amazing.
All in all it was a brilliant experience and we will definitely be back again.

My first experience of visiting Wagamamas, it won't be my last! I explained to the person who served me that we had not been before. They were very patient with us and explained how everything worked. We appreciated their time as it was quite busy. Wasn't sure what to expect but we were really pleased with our food. We didnt try the cocktails however will definitely try them next time, saw quite a few being served, they looked fab! Can't believe we have waited all this time to visit.

The worst experience I?ve had with Asian food.
I had previously been to the Guildford branch and found it quite enjoyable, but this location was a completely different story.
Let me start from the beginning:
The restroom was extremely dirty, and the staff were dressed very poorly and untidily ? which I believe is entirely the manager?s fault.
Now, about the food:
The noodles were sticky and clumped together, clearly old and left sitting for a long time. The duck was completely burnt. We ordered two different dishes, but both tasted unnaturally sweet and overly gingery ? it felt like they had just thrown in spices to cover up how stale the food was.
Overall, if I hadn?t been with my partner, I wouldn?t have paid a single penny for that meal.
Hands down, the worst dining experience I?ve ever had ? at the worst restaurant I?ve ever visited.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was average at best. It was served without any cutlery - we had to ask for it. Then there were no napkins, so we had to ask again. And finally, we were forced to register through their app or website just to pay the bill, instead of using a regular payment method. All of this left a poor overall impression. I hope the service gets better.

The food here is always delicious but the service made our experience 10/10 better! Our waiters Holly and Mo were very attentive and patient with us, as we had a very picky person with us. I would definitely recommend coming to this specific branch. The service was fast the food is good and the service is amazing!

This is our local Wagamama and normally this branch doesn?t disappoint, yet today we can?t say the same. Mo our server was lovely, but all of the staff seemed to be overwhelmed and swept of their feet. The food wasn?t the best in comparison to other visits. The wok fired greens were more undercooked than usual, and my partners donburi bowl that was suppose to come with sticky rice came with white rice and no carrots-which he had ordered. The kimichi arrived 20 minutes after we had started eating, and we had to ask. Shame to say we won?t be coming back for a while, as normally only have good things to say about this branch.

A great branch of Wagamama?s, a special shout out to Mo & Kelly, always helpful, smiling and resolve if any issues quickly. Food is spot on too, comes out faster than other Wagamama branches ?

I?ve been coming to Wagamama for a while and have always appreciated the flexibility of swapping chicken for prawns in the kids? soup without any extra charge. Today, for the first time, we were charged an additional £3 ? making the £5.50 soup cost £8.50 ? and to make it worse, the portion was noticeably smaller with barely any ingredients inside. This feels unfair and disappointing. If you?re going to charge extra, at least make sure the portion reflects it. Definitely reconsidering coming back.

We ordered one ramen and one noodle dish. They brought the ramen first, and the noodles came 10 minutes later.
The food quality was really poor and not at all up to Wagamama standards. This place needs urgent attention or even a license review.
Very poor management, and the food quality is like a cheap £7 Chinese takeaway.

I had my first visit today to this restaurant, all I can say is I?ll never be going back was absolutely rubbish! Staff were not particularly rude but didn?t really care about their work. I did not like how all food came out at once and stated by the actual time I had a chance to start on my main it would be cold they were trying to refuse to keep under the lights to keep warm so took back and replaced the dish with a new one which was cold, watery and just quite frankly tasteless. I literally had nothing, didn?t even finish my meal we had barely anything was charged £70!!! Was a joke and one staff member stated they would be taking my meal off the menu considering I could not eat it and she didn?t was disgraceful. No wonder it was so quiet. The worst place I have ever been the sauce was covered in oil and really poor quality not the service nor the quality you would expect for £70 take that to toby carvery, harvester or anywhere else and you get a feast! At Wagamama?s you get nothing special only a premium price for a poor service. Thanks
