Very disappointed! This was my first time coming to this pharmacy. The staff were very unprofessional. She kept chatting with one client personally, completely irrelevant to the pharmacy services, she just ignored other clients in the queue even though it was a busy time until we interrupted her personal chatting. The Funny thing is that she was holding the medication with the envelope labelled with our home address, but after we repeatedly told her twice the same address as written on the envelope, she insisted saying the address we gave her was wrong! We asked her what address she had in the system then finally she said she made mistake for looking at other client?s address!!!Even after this, no apology was forthcoming, summing up the lack of professionalism present !

On making an enquiry for a sought-after medicine, although unavailable, the pharmacist went the distance to support me in finding such.Appreciated and thankful for his endeavour.

The service is excellent. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but often little or none.Megali, the new manager, is kind & helpful....& careful as necessary.

I have been trying to call this pharmacy so that I can order my medication from them.Every time I call, the phone will ring, and then it will say that the call has failed.This has been going on from 3:17pm til now, 6:44pm.

I am a GP Dr Keane The Mountfield Surgery in Finchley Central and one of my patients required urgent meds so he could go for an operation today.I called the pharmacist at Tescos Coppets rd, who was about to close and she stayed open till I arrived and collected the meds so enabling my patient to have his operation today.She was pleasant friendly and extremely efficientI cannot praise her enough especially in these difficult times as are other the other pharmacists who are doing a magnificent job
