I visit here regularly and sometimes come here to do some work on my laptop too. The atmosphere is lovely. It is a bit loud - it is a coffee shop! But I wear headphones most of the time so this doesn?t bother me. It?s child and dog friendly and I often bring my pup with me and he can get a pup cup. I wish there were more food options and more outdoor seating available. I do recommend ordering on the app, even when in store, because it saves you from waiting in line and it gets you Starbucks points on the app.

The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Having been told off by a member of staff who is not able to communicate with customers .. Disappointing service and lack of respect to customers. Do not come here and waste your money!

arrived to go and get a drink and the stock was just disappointing.. I asked for 5 drinks all 5 out of stock. Didn?t even have plant based milk for my lactose intolerance. Ordered two items and promised a subsitute for my vanilla cold foam. I was then sent only one of my drinks and a beverage that was not suitable for my dietary requirements the staff were not friendly about the situation and I?m highly disappointed. The drink was disappointing what a waste of £11 on drinks that were not provided. Shocking.. get it together

I was served by ITA which was very rude, i ordered egg bites and they gave it on a bag with no fork or knive nothing, i told her that they should give cutlery and a napkin with it she said it wasn't her problem and that I should complain with the guy on the till because they were mad at each other and won't talk to him which makes no sense as its not my problem that they aren't talking.
And she didn't want to help me at all. Terrible service and the atmosphere and attitude.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for Peter at your North Finchley Starbucks. He is an absolute gem?a shining example of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Every time I visit, Peter goes above and beyond to ensure each customer feels welcomed and valued. His calm demeanor and warm smile brighten the day, even during the busiest times.
During my recent visit for Christmas Day, I witnessed a situation where a coworker was speaking to Peter in a raised voice. Whenever we order, the lids and the covers are not closed properly. All of the drinks are spilled out. It?s a shame! We have been patient so far with considering their workload but this is 4th time! Enough! Please do your work responsibly. We pay money for those drinks.

Coffee is great, lady that served me was sour, no smile or pleasant, kind of like 'I'm here to give you Coffee take your Coffee and go away' she didn't say it but if faces could talk.
Her colleague was really nice and friendly, so a nice duo I guess. Great Coffee off one, smile off the other.

Visit this Starbucks fairly regularly. 5 stars for all the staff who work here. They are always incredibly friendly, especially Anna who always has her smile on. Added benefit of seeing some really 'special' characters - including some regulars - by virtue of it being in North Finchley.

Super friendly staff at every one of my visits. Love the consistent quality and ease of service.
My balance on the Starbucks app was creating a little confusion at the till and the staff members A&T were diligent to get everything right in a friendly manner.
