These people are terrible with their dodgy advertising schemes. They take advantage of the elderly. I took my dad for FREE testing, and they tried to charge him. Don't go here!

I have presbyopia and I had some problems with my glasses.while I was working on screen I felt tiredness and eye problems.Optometrist was very patient and kind .he listened to me carefully and prescribed a fantastic glasses.Now I am revealed and can work easily without eye fatigue or problem.I would like to say thank you.

Poor quality glasses that fall apart after a month.Bad eye test, things still blurry with glasses.Didn't tell me I was getting reading glasses until I picked them up. Leading to me selecting frames I wouldn't have picked for reading glasses and upsold on anti-glare "for night driving" for reading glasses.Do not trust.

What can I say , no where id rather have my eye test done. Appointment was at 9.50 but I turned up early and was greeted by a very polite lady who took my details, managed to be seen early which was a bonus. Had my eye test done by Shivani (hope I have this right) who was really nice , then had another test done with Lee who was such a happy and friendly guy, he explained everything clearly, gave me his full attention which in some places people get distracted which can be annoying. I placed my order with Lee and also collected my glasses today from him and he was still happy and very helpful. What an amazing team you have in this store. I will definitely be using them for all my eye tests and have booked my children in for their tests too ? Great work to All at North Finchley Specsavers.

A really warm and friendly store. More than other branches I've been to. Was a bit busy when I went but the bustle quickly went down as the team do their best to get through customers quickly. The optometrist Hiren is really lovely. Glad I transferred to this store.

Definitely don?t recommend this place. Go elsewhere- anywhere!!!! Very unprofessional and disorganised. My overall appointment time was 2 hours (usually 30 minutes to an hr). I usually get informed of what my new prescription is, they failed to inform me (therefore I have no idea what my new prescription is). They lied to me on the phone (the day before my appointment) that I couldn?t have a contact lens appointment on the same day as my eye check, but as I arrived at the store, another member of the team told me that I could have had both appointments together. Furthermore, there is little diversity in glasses choices (including the high end options). Don?t waste your time. This store is poorly managed

I have used North Finchley for a Specsavers, for the last 10 years. I always find the staff polite and helpful. I know there's been changes, but I still recommend this branch. I live in High Barnet,and come back to Finchley Specsavers. Excellent service, and very quick to see very polite. Thank you
