Tried to deliver the parcel on 11 of January- failed. Because it is an apartment, they do not do phone calls.Changed to deliver to nearest Post Office- keeping trying to deliver it to my apartment three days in a row.Came over to collect it - they say ?it?s gone for deliver, I do not have time for you?Clowns

This is the second time they lose my letters , the second one wasn?t that important but the first one it was a penalty charge for my car and I never received it so then I had to pay £240 because they didn?t post the actual letter to my address , this is very bad , why do I have to get to pay that much money because of someone who is not responsible to his job????

I'd give -100 star rating if possible. Aside from the ridiculous opening hours(8-10am!?), the one person at the till had NO IDEA of what a proof of postage is. Don't they teach them this on mail school? First lesson: left and right. Second lesson: press button for proof of posting.I'm never getting my precious time back. Useless place. Please close it an open something useful for society

They need to update opening hours. As it is no longer opened till 14.00. They're opened from 8 am to 10 am every day, and Saturday's hours stayed the same as before.

So upset that the collection hours have changed so drastically. It's practically impossible for anyone to collect their undelivered post now unless they're jobless.

Always the most horrible experience whenever I have the misfortune of coming here! The staff could not be more unpleasant or unhelpful. I had one worker complain to my face about bringing too many packages in when it is literally their job, and another not bother to help me when something that was waiting for me to pick up somehow wasn't on their system. Didn't offer a resolution or anything. I'm sure they have it but will turn around and say it's been lost simply because the postman didn't log it in. Terrible service all around.

I always find it funny when people can?t be bothered to do their job properly because they perceive that they are overloaded aka not deliver and claim I wasn?t in when that?s not true. Imagine if I did that on my job. Oh sorry I was too overwhelmed to sew you back up after surgery so yeah you?re going to have to walk around with your intestines in your hands.

I let the postman in myself to the building on several occasions only to find a 'Sorry we missed you' card in my letter box 10 mins later. With these opening hours and zero effort from the delivery person to even carry my parcel with them, how are people in the area supposed to receive anything?

This office has really weird hours. It's always such a pain if anything gets delivered there.If you work during the week, it's almost impossible to pick anything up as it usually closed at about 2.The staff are lovely, but what's the point of having an office that's basically never open?

They lost a parcel that was sent to Portugal. Nothing to say really, appalling. I am using Post Office now, it's a 5 minute walk from the Royal Mail Delivery office and I don't have these issues anymore.

Rude people ?and the delivery drivers lie cheekily,they don't even try to deliver the package they prefer to lie in an email that no one was found at home...The quality of package delivery has deteriorated tremendously in the last 2 years ...malicious liars nothing else
