We had a wonderful experience thanks to Akram, our server. He was incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure everything at our table was perfect. He recommended great dishes, checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and always had a friendly smile. It really felt like he cared about making our meal enjoyable. Just request , we eat At least one a week at Nando?s ,but We go all the way to Wembley just to have a halal food.
I really wish the one in North Finchley would serve halal food too.

Wonderful service - there was a slight mishap with an unavailable menu item (not the staff's fault as it was on the ordering app via the website), and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when she didn't have to! Food was fresh and hot and came relatively quickly despite how busy it was, one of the best Nando's I've been to. Thanks guys!

I?ve always enjoyed the food here, but this time, the experience was disappointing. The food was great as usual, but the customer service was lacking. We waited for 50 minutes before our meal even arrived, and I had to go up to the counter to inquire about it. The staff member was unprofessional and gave unreasonable excuses when she finally acknowledged the delay. I expected much better service, and it really put a damper on the experience.
