I don't like this branch as always they miss a item in delivery.it doesn't matters if we get refund but I wanted my food.even with weight machine still they missing item.
One of most horrible branch sadly.
They store manager is lovely man but the staff horrible.shame

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald?s location. I saw a staff member accidentally drop a cup on the floor and then proceed to use that same dirty cup to serve ice cream, without replacing it. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Even worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the incident. I expect better standards of cleanliness and professionalism from a global brand like McDonald?s.

The poorest McDonald's in the word..
5 staff have meeting and chatting and making jokes.
When I asked them my food ?how long would be take , they Evan didn't answer and eye contact.
I had McDonald's from all over the word .
But this place is baddest I saw.
Hope managment see this comment and solve this issues.

It?s McDonald?s?you know what you?re getting, and that?s kind of the beauty of it. Popped into this one on High Road and it was exactly what I needed: fast, predictable, and no fuss. Ordered on the screen, food came out hot within a few minutes, and everything was as expected. No missing fries, no cold burger situation?just simple, reliable fast food.
Clean enough for a quick sit-down if needed, though it?s not exactly a place you linger in for atmosphere. Staff seemed focused and got through the queue quickly, even with a steady flow of people coming in. Open 24 hours too, so handy for late-night cravings.
No complaints?does what it says on the tin.

Situated on the High Road in North Finchley not far from the Tally Ho!
One thing I've noticed in the comments is the number of people who complain about the speed of delivery and the temperature. Get off your grubby sofa and walk to McDonald's. It'll do you good and the moped riders won't eat your chips and nuggets on the way!
I obviously like a McDonald's every once in a while, and I tend to take advantage of the cheap burger and chips offer in return for answering a few simple questions on line.
My one BIG gripe regarding these places is the hordes of grubby delivery-moped riders that take up loads of space either waiting for orders or just hanging around eating their own food.
There was also a horrible old man who smelt strongly of urine sitting at a table who pestered one of the staff to let him use the ground floor toilet.
Other than the smell of wee and the delivery mob it was quite nice.
