I went here recently to withdraw cash at the counter. Samantha was fantastic in helping me to protect against fraud, giving me advice to stay vigilant while walking around with cash and just generally being super friendly.She made doing something that is pretty mundane super pleasant!

We go to the bank today as my friend have unknow transaction on his card a young Asian lady was very helpful and friendly, she give us the number to call the fraud department.After 15 min on the phone with the fraud department, I told them that I translate for the guy and they ask someone from the bank to confirm it was Asian old lady short with glasses was soUnprofessional .1 she says I don't know what is this about , we explained to her show the card and id of my friend and she doesn't want to confirm it 11:30 am . ( For some reason )No one was in the bank . She just refused to talk and help us.Instead she told my friend you English is ok you can talk.We call again after 50 min and n the phone we sort it out , but this so called manager was rude and unprofessional and to make it even better she go to make her self a cuppa just unbelievably

I went to the North Finchley branch for some financial advice today. No proper advice received. The blond old cashier lady had an attitude and was simply rude. No please and thank you s. Also so grumpy, it costs nothing yo be nice and to smile. If you hate your job, simply quit!
