Hi I buy quite a lot of coffee im from paradise bird shop. Mostly it?s ok . But today I have got a coffee and when i arrived to my shop and drink it it was a half a cup!!! My coffee was medium but was as a small . I?m quite shock! And I didn?t have enough time to come back to them .

I had a similar issue with the barista named Sadaf. Kicked me out way too early at 6:30pm and didn't actually clean till the last 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusting behaviour since exams are coming up, did not expect this from Costa might have to go to another cafe now. Didn't want to but I am a regular here :(

A barista named Sadaf works here and she had the audacity to microwave my food as opposed to properly cooking it in the oven like it is meant to be!When I went the following day and ordered the same food item, it was cooked in the oven so I asked them as to why mine was previously cooked in the oven and they had no response other than: "you should have been notified prior to it going in the microwave if this were to happen."Sadaf also closes off a lot of the seating area as early as 6:30pm saying: "It's for cleaning!" when, in reality, I have witnessed no such cleaning happen until 7:30pm onwards! It is simply unfair for the customers to be asked to move/leave so early and new customers do not even get a chance to sit (since most the area will be closed off at 6:30pm even though the closing time states 8pm).All the other baristas are lovely and welcoming and tend to start their cleaning at around 7:30pm onwards and also prepare the food in a good, edible manner as opposed to Sadaf.
