Honestly the worst shop I've ever been into, I normally use the one a little further up but have been going here to drop my younger sister at school. First visit she was told she couldn't be in the store due to being a school child despite the fact she was with me, an adult. After this I was ID,d for Lucozade sport but not the medication I bought, as if the woman was just trying to find something else to have an issue with. Then a week later I went in today and my sister was accused of stealing in a previous visit!! Despite being told that actually it wasn't us by a different staff member, not ONE APOLOGISED!I was actually livid and cannot believe the ignorance of the staff!! I made a point of getting a receipt and a staff member to serve us because god forbid they accuse us of stealing again I will be taking this further.

I wouldn't give even a star.Always mess up with my orders or change the items without my permission,and if you are asking for refund you not gonna see it back never.One time I didnt get my delivery at all and they didnt give me my money back till now.Prices are too high as well.Rubbish

Love to shop at the co-op but I don't like their reward system. Its not as good as tesco clubcard but other than that it's a good place to shop for lower prices.

Staff is very nice! Just that being a smaller shop it can get busy at times. If you go late evenings usually the salad items are finished! I shop here most of the days

Very expensive!!!Prefer Asda or Aldi .Store was clean but unfortunately the people in there at the time of my visit didn't seem to want to adhere to the social distance rules, I find this unnerving.

fair(ish) prices, but very poor selection of foods,hardly worth your time, unless you are super-desperate,better to go to a more well-stocked supermarket if you have the time....

The isles are too narrow exactly the same as your sister shop also on Woodhouse Road. Solution; close the least used and extend the more promising and pay less rent and salaries to obtain more profit and more satisfied customers.

Parking can be tricky. Usually only one staff member on the till. You do have to queue often. No issues with the stock or prices.
