Whether it?s crafting the perfect coffee or providing excellent customer service, he goes above and beyond. Always welcoming and friendly cafe staff. I had my free birthday slice of cake there but regularly I go there for the apricot croissant. The coffee is a bit too strong for my liking but the croissant craving invites me in from time to time. Love the cafe Nero app and ability to collect stamps on it easily by scanning.

I was working a night shift and pop into cafe Nero for a coffee before and I meet Janice and violetta (not sure of the spelling) but they was warm, welcoming and friendly. They made my drink which sustained me through the night shift! They are a try credit to the team with their warm welcoming faces. I even went back the next day and Janice was kind enough to personalise my experience by remembering my drink order! Thank you so much girls for your amazing service, 10/10 customers service.

Worst Caffè Nero I?ve been to. The height of the tables and seats don?t match so it is very uncomfortable. Not a great place if you want to work or study for a bit. I guess that?s the point they don?t want us to stay for too long?

Never but their food! Orzo pasta salad with sun-dried pesto looks good but tastes disgusting and oily. Not to mention it costs £6.50!

A nice cosy cafe on the high st. It has some excellent little corners to tuck yourself away in for a chat with a friend or alone with a good book.

Having been here many times before we are always happy with the food and coffee. There are good arrangements of chairs and we were fortunate to get a spot we liked. I chose a piece of banana and walnut cake to have with our coffee, unfortunately it was quite dry and may have been several days old. Still we enjoyed our break. I used the App to pay and get the points. This system works very well.
