They never honour promotions? So weird. It?s like baiting for you to buy and counting on you to be too embarrassed to ask why it?s not the same price as on display. Pretty sure this is in violation of consumers rights

Dear Superdrug Customer Service,
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable behavior of two staff members, Sahibur and Nadeen, at your Norbury branch. My experience on [insert date of visit] was extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.
During my visit, Sahibur was rude and unfriendly. Without completing the transaction properly, he left my receipt on the desk instead of handing it to me directly. When I inquired why he did not place the receipt in my hand, Sahibur ignored my question and proceeded to apply perfume on himself, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
When I requested to speak with the manager, Sahibur refused to assist me in locating them, instead telling me to find them myself. This lack of assistance and disrespectful attitude was further compounded when the manager, Nadeen, finally approached. Rather than addressing my concerns, Nadeen appeared to make light of the situation, stating that Sahibur could place the receipt on the floor if he wanted and did not need to be respectful towards me.
I am deeply disappointed by the behavior of these staff members, which does not reflect the standards I expect from Superdrug. I would like to request a formal apology from both Sahibur and Nadeen and would appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure that such unprofessional conduct does not happen again in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

My recent visit to Superdrug was good thanks to Store Manager Farrakuh and their team. From warm greetings to expert assistance and warm kinky smiles every time , Farrakuh's knowledge and passion for customer service shone through. The entire team was friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. With a well-organized store and a wide range of products, Superdrug exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for quality products and top-notch service. Thanks to Farrakuh and the team for a memorable experience for the last 7 years of me going here .

Really pissed the guy was working at 5.30pm. Was paying for 2 makeup and the cashier didn?t even tell me about the 3 for 2 promotion. Then a minute after I went to the cashier to add another 1 more makeup he literally said I can?t return? Like what I didn?t even leave the shop and it?s just within a minute. He could have just voided and make a new one. How selfish. Learn to be a better cashier kid.

The retail store is ok but the pharmacy is very badly run. It?s been going downhill for a couple of years now. You need to wait for ages for medication. The pharmacist named George is very rude and has bad customer service skills who doesn?t want to listen to the customer and talks over them. They lost my medication and say I?ve collected it even though I haven?t even paid for it.

10 days for your online order ?The prices have increased excessively, they are often out of stock and you only see this after choosing where to pick up the parcel.But what disappointed me the most is that after placing the order online, I receive a message that my order has been cancelled. I placed the order again on July 30th, and in 2 days I receive an email saying that they received my order and in the following days the warehouse team will prepare it and I will receive it no later than August 7th.So it takes 9 days for me to receive the order...Terrible!?

The management is so poor. Last year, I tried to pick up an order from the store 2 days after it?s arrived. They said my name wasn?t on the list, but then they finally found my order.Recently, hubby and i went there to buy a toner & a foundation. I needed time to check the product?s ingredients. I realised one of the staff (a middle age asian guy) standing next to me, pretending to tidying up the rack, but he always followed me everywhere i go. Didn?t bother to find the foundation. When i went to the cashier he also there. I was so offended by his attitude. No coming back to this place.
