Came to shop here and just before that went to customer service team to get the toilets door unlocked. She just replied that she can?t help me as keys are broken. Very convenient reply. I totally buy that. There were 3 toilets here before, 2 are out of service and the disabled one locked with the keys broken. Going to do my shopping somewhere else Sainsbury?s.

Sainsbury?s is one of the more reliable supermarkets around. Stores are usually clean and well laid out, so it?s easy to find what you need without wandering too long. The fresh produce is generally good quality, and they keep a wide range of everyday essentials as well as a few more premium options if you want them.
Prices sit somewhere between budget chains and higher-end supermarkets, which feels fair for the quality. The own-brand ranges are decent value, and the meal deal is always a safe option. Staff are usually helpful if you need assistance, and the self-checkouts make getting in and out quick.
It?s not perfect ? some branches get very busy at peak times and stock can run low on popular items ? but overall it?s a solid place to shop with a good balance of convenience, choice, and quality.

I have visited this particular Sainsburys emporium since the beginning of my years and with upmost confidence I can say its the finest sainsburys in all the realm. What makes it the finest you may ask? To answer that one needs only look at the architecture ? you will not find a finer example of early 3rd age redbrick keep anywhere in all the land

Our local Supermarket that does have most things needed, its size is a little smaller than Tesco on Acre Lane. It could do better with the nut selection.

My local and dependable store for 23 years. Now has an Argos inside which, I admit I was very sad when they closed the cafe (best bacon sandwiches in town - mums morning meet ups perfect spot), but having easy and quick access with parking for Argos makes life a lot better a s well. The self scan is brilliant for me as I can keep an eye on my expenditure. No complaints. This store is a backbone to Streatham.

I went to this store and when I asked to use the toilet the security who was in a telephone conversation said it was only for disabled people. That is prejudicedicing against able bodied people. Very disappointing.

The general store is great but the lack of manned checkouts is ridiculous with only one person overseeing at least 10 tills. Come on Sainsburys, is it really worth cutting back on staff and running the risk of losing customers?

Poor service. It?s not the fault of the frontline workers. They are understaffed, under resourced and underpaid. Company policies are heavily weighted towards profit rather than service and the quality of the customer experience.
And it?s getting worse?
