I recently moved to the area and approached this pharmacy to have my medication sent there. The service was so good, so friendly, so helpful. My prescription was set up, my Order was received promptly and I was even sent a message when it arrived. The pharmacy closes late Monday to Friday giving me ample time after work to collect my prescription. I have been back many times and the staff now know me well, I do like the personal service. Thank you to everyone.

Really shoddy service. Opening times are awful. Closed on Saturday Sunday and bank holidays. Staff are really not helpful at all. Lack empathy all round.

They will occasionally try to upsell but I appreciate how helpful they are, they take time to find the right medication and ask the right questions. Such a rare experience in London. On top of that, very friendly.

Have always gotten good service there. Today, I was looking for a knee brace and could only find medium and extra large. The sweet lady behind the counter asked if I was sure I wanted the XL I ended up picking up. She then bustled out with a tape measure, measured my leg, looked at the packages, and found a large in another brand. Fits great. Amazing, friendly service.

Worst pharmacy in the area. They told me to come in to collect my prescription then called me again an hour later to come in next day. When I went in I asked the lady at the front about the prescription, she didn?t inform me that she couldn?t find it on the system. I was left waiting there until I asked someone else and the previous lady came back to say ?there?s nothing new on the system? what a joke, I?d advise anyone to go to saturn pharmacy down the street and avoid this place

Markrise Pharmacy is excellent and the best in the area. I think we can all agree that finding a chemist who cares is important but not always guaranteed. I was treated with compassion and staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the medicine I required to get better.

Staff always ready to help and very knowledgeable about the products the have. Good guidance and if they can't, instantly you will be refered to your local GP. Many thanks to all the staff.
