I visited the shop to fix my punctured tire. I went in the office. They told me in a very rude way that I should wait outside for a few minutes then after 10 minutes, I went in and the so-called manager said I told you to wait outside will come to you. I waited another 10 minutes and left the shop.
The other guy with Bandana, when I asked him if he can help he laughed at me and said no you have to go in the office, there are 6 people waiting there to respond, in a very aggressive manner
Please avoid going there
Don?t know how they run a place with this attitude
No wonder the shop was empty with no customers

I recently had an exceptional experience at Kwik Fit Streatham. I needed new brake pads, and the service I received was top-notch. The new pads are a significant improvement, and I?ve put many miles on them since the replacement. A big thank you to Mark, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Served by Callum, he was polite kind and patient. Helped me with understanding what I?m entitled under Motability. As someone with ADHD and Autism it can be difficult to navigate new spaces but Callum made me feel comfortable and at ease which made the interaction pleasant and much less scary. I will be visiting Callum every time I need help with my car

Took my car yesterday. they had my car for two hours. then called me to collect my car telling me to bring a tow truck because my car shouldn't be driven .when I drove the car there with no problem this garage has put my car off the road and they expect me to just come and take it away. when they damaged it but no one will own up.how can I drive my car here only for them to tell me i have to tow it away.i took in for a service and mot .I've had the car several years with no problem

My partner took his car for a mot and service he got a call and was told to bring a recovery truck he got there hes car would not start .how can you drive a car to a venue and not be able to drive it away doesn't make sense. Car has never broke down never no problem always starts 7 years . and i leave it with these people and my car won't even start. Please remember he drove it there

There was a mix up with my MOT booking, they had no record of it. However, they managed to 'fit me in' the next day - which was a Saturday, so all ended well. very professional staff.
