Attended today as a walk in and after watching how hard they all work had to make sure I left a review.It was extremely busy I needed a new tyre and they explained as they did to everyone that walked in they couldn?t promise it would be done today although they worked so hard they managed to do it. They worked through their lunch breaks as when it became quieter I heard the management telling the mechanics to have some lunch this was After 4pm. The phones didn?t stop one man was very abusive to the man booking in the jobs and answering the phones. They were very helpful and friendly even though clearly overworked.Over all I just felt they all deserved some recognition. Well done quik fit team at stretham.

I was going to have a new tyre because there was a screw in the middle of the tread, I was informed that I didn?t new a new tyre that my actually tyre could be fixed which made me very happy, instead of spending £145.00 I actually spent £28 top marks for telling me my tyre could be fixed.

There was an IT issue at the branch, due to which there were significant delays and I ended up having to drive to the location 3 times.The staff originally could not locate the lock nut in my car (even though it was at the original location). Then due to the computer glitch computer displayed the wrong type of tyres. Even then, since the team did not see that mine were runflats, they said that they had the required tyres in stock. Then upon realising that I had runflats, they said they needed to be ordered, but in reality the computer was also showing the wrong size (r19), while the correct size (r18 RF) were in fact in stock. So because of this I had a lot of back and forth.At the same time, Mark dealt with this very professionally and friendly, gave me a discount on tyre replacement, so in the end I was relatively happy with the overall outcome, despite this taking much more time than it had to.

Monday_15_January_AD:2024Telephone Kwik Fit Streatham this morning to request stock availability and appointment for Tyre replacement of Toyota Aygo x (vehicle registration LB73OCG) . The agent advised that they aren?t able to search stocks with vehicle registration number.Having had Kwik fit search before, I decided to drive in on there specified first come first serve basis.Later I decided to use West Norwood branch. Apart from dirty waiting room, I wasn?t given satisfactory service and received indirect verbal abuse/ mimicking (which I as Director would discipline as NOT representing customer service standards charter. Furious but booked vehicle in.They weren?t with stock. No value for money despite the premium price. Lack of transparency or explanation of the bill and work done. After living and owning cars on 3 continents the service at Kwikfit is horrendous. My car wasn't even washed or wiped or cleaned as a courtesy or as a part of the service. I regret ever patronising Kwikfit and will always deter my friends from your service
