No refunds because quality of products is terrible and they know it. Manager tried to be clever and demonstrate that the same item is good quality, only to demonstrate that it suffers from the same fault! Still refused to give a refund. Dishonest. Better off buying online where you?d actually get your money back if the item you bought was bad.
