I am very disappointed in the service I was provided! I was lied to as I was told to come down to the store to collect my iPhone however when I got there it was not there, as they ordered the wrong phone to the store. Once I got to the shop the manger from this branch (Gregg) was extremely rude and told me the wrong phone was ordered. And now I'll have to wait 21 days rather than the 7 days I was told on the 22nd which was the release date, he was not very understanding or apologetic at all he insisted is I have to wait. This is unacceptable!

Amazing staff , very knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely come back if I need to again (they resolved my issue with my EE eSIM quickly). If you are in the area and need to speak to an EE human in real life rather than chat or phone then this is the place to go!

I've just been in to the Streatham EE store as my contract is running out. Not a good experience. I had made an appointment but had to wait as both members of staff were busy with customers. A guy who turned out to be the manager - Christopher - kept me hanging on, even though he had finished with his customer. He was doing something on screen and then told me he had to go into the back room. When I did get to talk him, his manner left a lot to he desired. It was like he was doing me a favour. It didn't help when I told him that Carphone Warehouse had been phoning me trying to get me to sign up with them for a Samsung 22 for £22 a month. He didn't believe it. And then an argument over my monthly EE bills. It was all just an unpleasant experience and so I told him I was leaving.

I am a brand new BT broadband customer and EE SIM/Phone customer as of today March 22nd 2023 . I am so impressed by the professionalism and helpful team at the Streatham store given by Carina, Jordan,Marcus and most importantly must highlight Ben?s excellent knowledge of both EE and BT coverage/ plans and his professional customer service and patience in helping me with choosing the suitable plans that are compatible with my needs.It is Ben and team ?s professionalism and knowledge that really made me decide to go with BT and EE. I have been to your competitors and their lack of customer service and professionalism did not inspire me to want to do business with them. Thank you Ben and Team at EE/BT Streatham!

The Streatham branch helped me to be at ease with my new sim set up. Great telephone manner on calling the store for help followed by excellent customer service and advice in store. All by the lovely Jordan. She is special. Keep hold of her.

Ee need to train their staff.Staff mostly only know the very basic function and answers to questions.Most times preoccupied on their own devices and really like to take customers hand sets (phones) to resolve issues.. which generally end making problems worst . Just saying...My experience...

Made what should be a very simple task beyond difficult. When I thought matters couldn?t get any worse my wife?s data stopped working on our family plan shortly after. Plenty of staff but it felt like I was doing them a disservice coming into the shop

Basic Request for Cable and Wireless dock. Staff sold me this on Friday, went to use it today is the incorrect cable. Went back to the shop for a refund had to wait 25 minutes for a manager to do the transaction. staff talking to me with a mouthful of gum !!
