I have no complaints?the service was excellent, and my pizza was served hot and cooked to perfection. The store was clean and well-presented. Additionally, there is ample wheelchair access and parking available on the side roads.

Had an awful experience with Domino's Norbury this evening. Waited an hour and a half with no order received. The app said my order had been delivered so I contacted the team via phone. Was waiting on hold twice and got hung up on before I could speak to anybody. When I finally got through, I asked for a refund and the team member and branch manager both repeatedly tried to offer me a free pizza next time I ordered when I had politely and clearly asked to be refunded. I did not like having to repeat my request for a refund multiple times before they would agree to this. Would not recommended using this branch.

Really gone down hill, customer service is awful, the person had me on hold for 12 minutes, I called him back no apology nothing, his English was a bit broken up and food here is terrible, taste horrible

Went there for a dine in, staff was really nice. The manager Simran was lovely and very cooperative. Surrounding was clean, food was hygienic. Would love to go there again x

My name is Nawas I went this dominos norbury branch. In there they service was Fantastic. The manager at Domino's in Norbury was incredibly helpful and polite. She ensured my order was accurate, and the pizza quality was superb.
