Bad service, bad customer service. A gentleman told me that they had a stop smoking service, then another woman interrupted my conversation and said they didn't. I asked if they had it or not. Then she said yes, so I asked for a consultation. She said there were no consultations available and didn?t provide me with any more information. This was today, August 22, 2025, around 6:20 PM.

Says it?s open until 7pm but the doors were shut / pharmacist sat in office at 6:15pm. I knocked on door and explained Im due to fly and needed medication - but he wouldn?t help.

Visited today to get a private prescription above £100 which included antibiotics and some other things.
I was told I cannot get the antibiotics because the doctor did not specify on the prescription whether it is supposed to be in tablet or capsule form. What??? It is the same medication?
I told them I have taken both before and it really does not matter but they refused to serve me. I walked 5 minutes to the next pharmacy where they issued my medication without a problem. When I told them about my experience here they just smiled and said they never heard of such thing.
Customer service is absolute horror too, the least the staff can do is acknowledge your presence by looking at you and saying hi back?

This Day Lewis has become a very convenient place for me especially as it?s next door to where I work.
Polite and helpful staff Stephanie in particular is such a lovely lady and very professional. She explains everything clearly, and gives you options, as well as educated explanations of each. She is also very compassionate. You can tell she really cares for the customer's.
I will definitely be referring everyone I know to this place!

After researching weight loss medications and not being interested in purchasing online I contacted Day Lewis. The initial consultation and subsequent ones are thorough which is exactly what I was looking for as I didn't want to just be prescribed something and left to it. Within the medication cost is a monthly face to face consultation, blood pressure check and weigh in. No hidden extras. An added bonus is a phone call mid month to check in on my progress. My prescriber is a lovely lady who made me feel at ease from day 1 showing genuine interest in my progress. For anyone also researching this type of medication it?s easy to book your consultation online through the website or popping into the pharmacy. The monthly cost is less than the 2 major high street stores offering a similar service, it?s obviously a little more than purchasing online but you receive a personal service and the medication in hand rather than through the post which takes away a lot of worry as to whether it will arrive on time bearing mind it needs to be refrigerated until the time of opening. Having passed on Day Lewis details to others they are receiving the same level of care whether in the Streatham branch or others when they don?t live in the area. A big thank you to my prescriber for her time and excellent level of customer care.

The customer service they offer is close to none. Please don?t go here if you want to be treated with respect. Also be prepared to wait 20-30 mins to receive your prescription

This is an excellent community pharmacy, right next to the GP surgery. It's small but the staff are friendly, professional and dedicated to serving the local community. Clare and Emmanuel, in particular, have gone above and beyond in trying to source my medicines, which have been increasingly hard to come by because of the disruption to supply chains resulting from Brexit. I'm very grateful to have such a pharmacy so close to home. Thank you for your service!

Beware! It may be a pharmacy, but only part of the time.
If the pharmacist is not there, you may not get what you came for. This is not an isolated occurrence, Pharmacists need to go out for lunch too, evidently. Do your shopping outside lunchtime or use a different pharmacy where this is not an issue.
It's pointless to leave an indicator on the counter or in the window to that effect, I was told, so you may end up queuing to find you've had a wasted journey.
Two stars for convenient location and knowledgeable staff.

Are they just not answering their phone anymore? I've been trying for over a week to call them and the closest I've gotten to reaching them on the phone is when one member of staff picked up then put me on hold and never actually picked up again, other than that it's just ringing out.
