Called at Costa on the 7th July to find out they had no water, I asked why they were open and they said they had food and cold drinks, I asked the two girls how they washed their hands and they looked at each other eye brows raised and laughed, we left.

very disappointing...the porridge was disgusting. I arrived at work with it cold and uncooked, in the conditions in which my job is 2 minutes away from Costa, it could not be eaten. I just threw £3 in the bin. Extremely disappointing and annoying
