The lady at the check out ignored me when I approached then after watching me put all my items down told me to move it to the other till, which I understand but I placed them where she was stood and she watched me put everything there before telling me otherwise. I got a meal deal and a small bag of nuts which apparently comes to £8.40? She wouldn?t even make eye contact with me and just had a very bad attitude. This is the first time I?ve had a bad experience there, very disappointing.

I ordered via uber. They delivered the wrong items. The shopping bag had my name but wrong shopping items so issue at coop. Cannot get through. They keep cutting the phone off. No one has bothered to contact me. Frustrating.

Have visited this Co-op a few times, it is very small, and the variety on offer is limited.Good for commuters as it is a stone's throw from Norbury train station. However, for grocery shopping, I'd try Sainsbury's or LIDL which are both a bus ride away, or a 5-10 mins drive in a car.

Coop supermarket elevates the quality of food at Norbury, the selection is not big but has the basic products for the basic needs. I have to mention that the pastries are very tasty and fresh!

Disappointed, first visit since what I thought was extension to front. Instead, the old supermarket is closed, and it's now a rather cramped convenience store. Example: no interesting bread rolls.Revisiting a year later, feels a bit better - eg now some bread rolls! Good if you live nearby, not worth a journey to what is a convenience store. Old supermarket now becoming a gym.

I find this updated store alot more compact and not as many options than the last store. The plus is the self checkout option

Much smaller than the original, aisles are very close together. However, aesthetics are nice and the smaller range is still okay to shop at

The Coop provides access for Norbury to a supermarket on the High Street. Formally located on Fairview Road the Coop has a new site on the corner of London Road and Fairview Road. In moving, the store has had a refresh and being located on the High Street has lead to an increase in footfall.

Co-op Norbury the new store seems to be a little bit smaller than the previous one very compact. I little bit more expensive. it can get busy and the queue can get a bit ridiculous. It's clean well stoked up when I visited. You can get what you need. It has a few self servers tills.

Has been redone so that there is now no choice of products, half of their previous stock is gone and the range is extremely limited without most of the things I want to buy. The aisles are incredibly narrow so it is constantly crowded and hard to navigate and social distancing is completely impossible, so not Covid secure. This is not helped by staff constantly restocking which means you can't get down an aisle (there are only 3 and a bit aisles). The self checkouts were needed but aren't manned so you wait ages for someone to arrive and half of the time they are unusable as someone has abandoned their transaction and it hasn't been cleared off. Used to shop a lot in the old store but won't bother coming here anymore, the move and refurbishment has been a complete disaster in my opinion.

Store is a bit scruffy but are in process off an extension so hopefully will look lot better. Not a full choice off food mostly basis item's you can get in any local shops near by. Can easily get to by bus or train and within walking distance of my home. I don't shop regularly only when fancy going somewhere different.

Generally good customer service and always tend to open checkouts when queues are lengthy. However, this is quite often and can be often misleading and confusing when you're told one checkout is closed, redirected to another - only for the previous checkout to reopen. By which time you have already queued longer and others after you are served before you. Most products are generally in stock and available - although not all beer and soft drinks are kept in the fridge, especially the non alcoholic offerings.
