Worst place for burger I've ever been. The service it shit they took order and when i ask for salt and sauce they said you didn't tell me earlier and now you gnna have to pay more for this. Even one star is too much for them if there was any way to take it to minus I'd do that.

I wanted to get some fried chicken here ,because they serve HMC halal despite they have bad reviews and only three stars, the staff asked me to come back after 15 minutes so that I can get freshly fried wings so I made payment and went back after 20 minutes, I wanted 16 wings and he gave me only a few fresh ones and the rest were hard and fried ages ago.
. We usually encourage small business, but we should avoid this kind of dishonest people.

It?s a shame, they were the first halal chicken shop and now have become the worst. Food was not fresh and the taste has changed, not in a good way, over the years. Hardly go they but thought lest try again as it?s been a while, wish we hadn?t gone there. Food was bland, no flavour and they changed the wings, which used to be really good. Poor

Usually the food is good but I went today and the fillet burgers I got were completely raw. I had to throw it all away.

This is the best chicken shop in London they have amazing food amazing serving times and are generally amazing overall service , their menu is diverse and is the best in the area. 10/10 i would recommend to anyone .

I ordered through Deliveroo and when the food arrived the chicken smelt very bad that I have had to throw the food away.
I have been calling constantly and they are not picking the phone up and when I am ringing now the phone has been switched off.
Such poor service and now I can?t get rid of the sense of smell as it was disgusting.
If anyone that has eaten chicken cottage today I hope you don?t get food poisoning.

I?ve been there 4 times this week always had the boneless box with extra strips and extra fillet burger , and every time something missing and for the last 2 days me extra fillet burger missing, you go to counter they say all done , take there word for it , as there is so many poxy staples in the bag you trust everything there ,
Well the young lad that on tonight the Sunday 4 th August 2024 is no good I?m afraid chicken cottage as every time he there my order plus plenty of my friends who always use you orders are wrong or missing, go back to your original staff or loose loads of business as this has now become a massive talk amongst Norbury that your going down hill with this new staff that in today orders are always wrong or not complete , I will continue to eat there as your food is top notch and amazing and flavour great but your loosing lots of people I know through this
