Clare was really friendly and helpful.
She offered things that I may be interested in but in a really friendly informative way; not salesy or pushy at all which made the experience much better than I expected.
I did scan the receipt to do their own survey but it?s so long I got bored - they need to look at that.

Amazing selection of things including balloons,cards for a lot of different occasions, I went there to get balloons and stuff, I found everything except plastic cutlery which was a little bit disappointing

Very good selection of cards for all occasions, they are good quality but at a very good price. I like that you can find everything you need for a birthday party in one place. They also have lots of original presents and stuff for special occasions.
