Clare was really friendly and helpful. She offered things that I may be interested in but in a really friendly informative way; not salesy or pushy at all which made the experience much better than I expected.
I did scan the receipt to do their own survey but it’s so long I got bored - they need to look at that.

Great service today as always but my balloons weren't blown up enough so just a three * today. I hope I can get a discount voucher for when I come in June for my grandson's 4th birthday?

Extremely rude staff woman at the till.. customers had to deal with her abnoxious behaviour. Branch manager needs to be suspended
